Component Overhaul

Our specialised component overhaul facility has been in operation since 1998, with a C2 rating. We aim to overhaul components to a standard to achieve TBO, and specialise in Robinson 2200hr / 12 yr overhaul. We have established on-site processes such as plastic media blasting for a fast, safe paint removal, and glass bead blasting for corrosion removal. A filtered-air paint spray booth ensures a high quality finished product. To Maximise the support we offer our clients, and minimise the cost of component overhaul, we have developed numerous repair schemes, including the following:
